Started with one truck and a work ethic
ClearEdge started the way most honest businesses do — with one truck, two guys who weren't afraid to get their hands dirty, and the belief that customers deserve better than the cut-rate guys who cut corners.
Nick and Brent's background is in the trades — appliance repair, gas station servicing, and general house maintenance. After years of fixing things inside homes and businesses, they kept hearing the same thing from customers: "Do you guys know anyone who can clean the outside?" The referrals they gave were hit or miss. Some guys showed up late, some left streaks, some used way too much pressure and stripped the paint right off a fence.
That frustration — knowing people needed reliable exterior cleaning and not having anyone worth recommending — is how ClearEdge got started. Nick and Brent took what they already knew about equipment, maintenance, and doing the job right the first time, and put it toward building a pressure washing company they would actually hire themselves.
Today we work with homeowners and businesses across Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Citrus Heights, Loomis, Newcastle, Auburn, Cool, Granite Bay, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Shingle Springs, Cameron Park, Placerville, and Rancho Cordova. We've got more trucks and better gear now, but the standard hasn't changed: show up on time, protect the place, and leave it cleaner than you found it.

Nick spent years working in appliance repair and general home maintenance before starting ClearEdge. He handles the business side — phone calls, scheduling, and customer management — but he's also out there doing the work right alongside Brent. He knows how to handle equipment without damaging what's underneath, and he makes sure every customer gets the same result he'd want on his own place.

Brent's background is in maintenance, pressure washing, and gas station servicing — he knows his way around equipment and hard work. He's out there doing the service work every day alongside Nick, handling the jobs on-site and making sure the work gets done right. Brent's focus is simple: show up, work hard, and leave your place cleaner than he found it.
